2017
Metal Detectives is a performance which creates a spectacle within the ordinary, urban landscape. A group of performers investigate objects they come across while on a co-ordinated walk through the city. The performers use magnets to test whether each object is magnetic, regardless of material. Through this form of psycho-geography, participants learn to renavigate familiar spaces, and become like alien visitors to our world.
