Sowing Seeds is a collaborative performance by Elena Brake, Devon Forrester-Jones and Evelina Tracuma. The performers meticulously sow seeds within public spaces, focusing their efforts on areas of the urban landscape where the seeds are unlikely to germinate - such as within car parks, public monuments, benches and pavements. The action becomes a gentle act of protest towards man's intervention in the modern world; a futile attempt at repair and restoration.
Sowing Seeds was included in Dwell Collective's debut zine as part of Plymouth Art Weekender.
